To start Results from your operating system, type the appropriate command at your operating system prompt, where

Note: You should not get an initial build prompt if someone has already installed the Results package for you. If you do, see your database administrator..qcfile for the database you specified. In that case, you need to perform an initial build. For information about the initial build process, see the "Description of the initial build" section.Be sure to shut down the server process when you are done and ready to turn off the computer. See the section "Shutting down a server for the database" section for more information.
